Developing testing services starts from customer needs. Toptester offer test services for the customers already during their product development phase, testing reliability and analysing fault mechanisms of the equipment. Toptester help the Customers through

• boosting product development by finding potential problems, failure densities and operational limits
• minimising quality costs by finding the problems already in early life cycle of the product
• tests according to customer specific requirements and/or authority requirements that have to be considered in production
• accelerated stress tests
• verification of operational limits of purchased equipment and material
• offering know-how and test equipment capacity from a reliable partner

The first step to start testing is to create a test plan, together with the customer. After that Toptester take care of test setup, equipment programming, test progress follow-up and reporting. Test result analyses can be included if necessary. Our customers and their customers can always be present during testing if they like. Toptester employees can also work in customer premises or projects, coordinating the test planning and testing tasks of the project.

We also work together with other test houses to create a partnership network for extensive test programs.
