Toptester roadmap

Toptester  Ltd was founded in May 2001. In wider scale the testing services started in January 2002 by taking into use three environmental chambers. The same year the first version of Wind Driven Rain equipment and Salt fog corrosion test equipment were installed.

Year 2003 was the year of Quality system. Planning of the system had been started right after founding the lab, and in 2003 the first customer driven audit was made to accept the system.

2004 was the year of failure analysis capability. X-ray and microscopes were installed together with sample preparation equipment. Mechanical tests were started by purchasing the Drop test equipment. Environmental capacity was enhanced with a thermal shock chamber.

2005-2007 the WDR equipment has been updated to meet higher wind speeds with larger cross section area. Mechanical tests were expanded by materials testing machine and tumble tester. Additional environmental testing, thermal cycling and drop testing capacities have been installed.

During these years several global companies have started using Toptester services. The turnover and number of employees have increased 20-50 % every year.

Toptester is continuously developing new services. Also networking with other test laboratories allow us to provide wider scale of tests to our customer.
